Richie Turley is a Director at FireWise Consulting with a background in leadership, finance, strategy, and risk analysis, shaped by many years in commercial banking. He has worked with organizations across many sectors, helping them assess opportunities, navigate growth, and make thoughtful long-term decisions. A key part of that work was using decision-making frameworks to bring structure to complex choices and compare options that were not always easy to measure side by side.

At FireWise, Richie leads administration and finance while also helping identify and evaluate strategic opportunities that support the organization’s growth and strengthen its ability to serve customers well. His background in finance, risk analysis, and structured decision-making adds a valuable perspective to FireWise’s subject matter expertise and strengthens the organization’s ability to deliver insightful, practical solutions for government and emergency service organizations.
